Final Allocation Date definition

Final Allocation Date means the date on which each Beneficiary shall effectively acquire all or some of the Shares granted at the end of a Vesting Period.
Final Allocation Date means the last day of the calendar month first --------------------- preceding the month in which the final preliminary prospectus generally distributed to prospective purchasers in connection with the IPO is dated.
