Final CapEx Amount definition

Final CapEx Amount means the amount of capital expenditures listed on the Final CapEx Statement, as determined in accordance withSection 1.06.

More Definitions of Final CapEx Amount

Final CapEx Amount has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(c).
