Examples of Capex Statement in a sentence

  • Parent shall prepare the Capex Statement in accordance with the Applicable Accounting Principles.

  • If the parties reach agreement with respect to any Disputed Capex Items within such 45-day period, Parent shall revise the Capex Statement to reflect such agreement.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.
