Final Competitions definition

Final Competitions means the Final Competitions run by Filmaka pursuant to Paragraphs 4 and 6.

  • Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);

  • Lease Termination Payments means all payments received by or on behalf of any Seller with respect to a Lease with respect to any terminations, surrenders, modifications, renewals or amendments of any such Lease.
