Final Completion Work definition

Final Completion Work means any work that, subsequent to Completion of the Property, needs to be performed to achieve completion of the Improvements on the Property in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Final Completion Work means any work that, subsequent to Substantial Completion, needs to be performed to achieve the Final Completion Date.

  • The Lessee shall have no obligation and shall not be permitted to remove any Alterations (i) required by Applicable Laws or insurance requirements or (ii) included in such Facility at the Advance Date or which constitute Final Completion Work.

More Definitions of Final Completion Work

Final Completion Work means the punch list items described in Schedule VIII to the Participation Agreement that needs to be performed to achieve completion of the Facility Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Final Completion Work means any work (other than performance relating to warranty obligations) required under the Construction Documents subsequent to Substantial Completion in order to fully perform such contract including the completion of all punch list items and all payments required thereunder.

Related to Final Completion Work

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof, all performed by or for Provider at the Premises.

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.
