Final Determination means a determination within the meaning of Section 1313 of the Code or any similar provision of state or local Tax Law.

Final Determination Date means the following:
Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.
Corporate Social Responsibility means Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as defined in Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014;
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Final Decision means a final action of the commission determining the legal rights, duties, or privileges of any person. “Final decision” does not include preliminary, procedural, or intermediate actions by the commission, actions regulating the internal administration of the commission, or actions of the commission to enter into or refrain from entering into contracts or agreements with vendors to provide goods or services to the commission.
Proof of financial responsibility means proof of ability to respond in damages for liability, on account of accidents occurring after the effective date of the proof, arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle, in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars because of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one accident, and, subject to the limit for one person, in the amount of fifty thousand dollars because of bodily injury to or death of two or more persons in any one accident, and in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars because of injury to or destruction of property of others in any one accident.
Extended producer responsibility ’ (EPR) means responsibility of any producer of packaging products such as plastic, tin, glass, wrappers and corrugated boxes, etc., for environmentally sound management, till end-of-life of the packaging products ;
Administrative merits determination means certain notices or findings of labor law violations issued by an enforcement agency following an investigation. An administrative merits determination may be final or be subject to appeal or further review. To determine whether a particular notice or finding is covered by this definition, it is necessary to consult section II.B. in the DOL Guidance.
Statement of Grievance shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the grievance, the provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated, and the remedy (specific relief) requested.
Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Final administrative decision means a decision by an agency

Change in Duties means: (i) The occurrence, prior to a Change of Control or after the expiration of a Change of Control Period, of any one or more of the following: (1) a material reduction in the nature or scope of Executive’s authorities or duties from those previously applicable to him; (2) a reduction in Executive’s Annual Base Salary; (3) a material diminution in employee benefits (including, but not limited to, medical, dental, life insurance and long-term disability plans) and perquisites applicable to Executive from those substantially similar to the employee benefits and perquisites provided by WRI to executives with comparable duties; or (4) a change in the location of Executive’s principal place of employment by the Company (including its subsidiaries and the Parent) by more than 60 miles from the location where he was principally employed; provided, however, that such change in the location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall not constitute a Change In Duties if the decision to relocate was mutually acceptable to Executive and the Company prior to such change in location. (ii) The occurrence, within a Change of Control Period, of any one or more of the following: (1) a material reduction in the nature or scope of Executive’s authorities or duties from those applicable to him immediately prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs; (2) a reduction in Executive’s Annual Base Salary from that provided to him immediately prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs; (3) a diminution in Executive’s eligibility to participate in bonus, stock option, incentive award and other compensation plans that provide opportunities to receive compensation which are the greater of (A) the opportunities provided by the Company (including its subsidiaries and the Parent) for executives with comparable duties or (B) the opportunities under any such plans under which he was participating immediately prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs; (4) a material diminution in employee benefits (including, but not limited to, medical, dental, life insurance and long-term disability plans) and perquisites applicable to Executive from the greater of (A) the employee benefits and perquisites provided by the Company (including its subsidiaries and the Parent) to executives with comparable duties or (B) the employee benefits and perquisites to which Executive was entitled immediately prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs; or (5) a change in the location of Executive’s principal place of employment by the Company (including its subsidiaries and the Parent) by more than 60 miles from the location where he was principally employed immediately prior to the date on which a Change of Control occurs; provided, however, that such change in the location of Executive’s principal place of employment shall not constitute a Change In Duties if the decision to relocate was mutually acceptable to Executive and the Company prior to such change in location.
Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
Institutional Responsibilities means an Investigator’s professional responsibilities on behalf of the University, which may include for example: activities such as research, research consultation, teaching, professional practice, University committee memberships, and service on panels such as Institutional Review Boards or data and safety monitoring boards.
Expert Determination has the meaning given to it in Clause 18.3(a) (Expert Determination).
Contingent Emergency Response Part means any activity or activities to be carried out under Part 4 of the Project to respond to an Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
Final Adjudication has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.
return decision means an administrative or judicial decision or act, stating or declaring the stay of a third-country national to be illegal and imposing or stating an obligation to return;
Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
parental responsibility , in relation to a child, means all the duties, powers, responsibilities and authority which, by law, parents have in relation to children.
Adverse Benefit Determination means any of the following:

Official responsibility means administrative or operating authority, whether intermediate or final, to initiate, approve, disapprove or otherwise affect a procurement transaction, or any claim resulting therefrom.
