Final Implementation Report definition

Final Implementation Report shall have the meaning set out in Clause 2.3.4 (Final Implementation Report);
Final Implementation Report has the meaning ascribed to it in subsection 10.3 of this Agreement.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Reconciliation Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
