Examples of Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal in a sentence
Lender Plaintiffs and Lender Class Members acknowledge that as of the Effective Date, the releases given herein shall become effective immediately by operation of the Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal and shall be permanent, absolute, and unconditional.
The Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal shall become final when (i) no appeal has been filed and the prescribed time for commencing any appeal has expired; or (ii) an appeal has been filed and either (1) the appeal has been dismissed and the prescribed time, if any, for commencing any further appeal has expired, or (2) the order has been affirmed in its entirety and the prescribed time, if any, for commencing any further appeal has expired.
The Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal with Prejudice to be rendered by the Court consistent with this Agreement, which is substantially in the form of the proposed judgment attached as Exhibit 2 hereto.
