Consent Judgment definition

Consent Judgment means a state-specific consent judgment in a form to be agreed upon by the Settling States, Participating Subdivisions, and Xxxxxxx prior to the Initial Participation Date that, among other things, (1) approves this Agreement and (2) provides for the release set forth in Section IV, including the dismissal with prejudice of any Released Claims that the Settling State has brought against Released Entities.
Consent Judgment means a state-specific consent judgment, the general terms of which shall be agreed by the Settling States and Allergan prior to the Reference Date and shall include (1) approval of this Agreement and (2) the release set forth in Section V, including the full and final resolution of any Released Claims that the Settling State has brought against Released Entities.
Consent Judgment means the consent judgment, as the same has been and may be corrected, amended, or modified, in the action styled as The State of Minnesota, By Hubert Humphrey, III, Its attorney general, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota v. Examples of Consent Judgment in a sentence

  • If the default is not cured within 14 days, Plaintiffs may submit to the Court the Consent Judgment agreed to by the Parties (that will be submitted to the Court at the time of final approval), which shall be in entered in the amount of the funds that remain unpaid under this Section, plus an additional 10% of the outstanding funds.

  • Nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed to reduce the scope of the res judicata or claim preclusive effect that the settlement memorialized in the Agreement, and/or any Consent Judgment or other judgment entered on the Agreement, gives rise to under applicable law.

  • As part of the Consent Judgment, the Parties agree to the injunctive relief terms attached as Exhibit P.

  • Settling States or Participating Subdivisions shall not have enforcement rights with respect either to the terms of this Agreement that apply only to or in other States or to any Consent Judgment entered into by another Settling State.
