Final List Publication Date definition

Final List Publication Date means, in respect of a Credit Event, the date on which the last Final List in respect of such Credit Event is published by ISDA.
Final List Publication Date means, in respect of a Credit Event, the date on which the last Final List in respect of such Credit Event, if any, is published by the relevant Credit Derivatives Determination Committee.

  • Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.

  • NYFRB’s Website means the website of the NYFRB at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.

  • CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • Submission Date means the date on which You Submit a Contribution to Us.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • Form, fit, and function data means technical data that describes the required overall physical, functional, and performance characteristics (along with the qualification requirements, if applicable) of an item, component, or process to the extent necessary to permit identification of physically and functionally interchangeable items.

  • Presentation Date means a day which (subject to Condition 12 (Prescription)):

  • FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY, currently at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/markets/autorates/sofr-avg-ind or at such other page as may replace such page on the FRBNY’s website.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Bid Submission Date means the last date by which the City will accept Bids for an Invitation For Bid.

  • disclosure date means either of the following:

  • Required Disclosure Date means (x) if such Buyer authorized the delivery of such Confidential Information, either (I) if the Company and such Buyer have mutually agreed upon a date (as evidenced by an e-mail or other writing) of Disclosure of such Confidential Information, such agreed upon date or (II) otherwise, the seventh (7th) calendar day after the date such Buyer first received any Confidential Information or (y) if such Buyer did not authorize the delivery of such Confidential Information, the first (1st) Business Day after such Buyer’s receipt of such Confidential Information.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Watch List means that list maintained by Investments Compliance which includes names of issuers about which certain persons within MetLife may, as a result of a special relationship or otherwise, appear to or actually possess material nonpublic information, together with the names of those persons.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.
