Final Order Availability Date definition

Final Order Availability Date means the date of the first Borrowing on which the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 4.01 and 4.03 have been satisfied or waived, which date shall be after the Final Order Entry Date.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time.
