Final Sale Order definition

Final Sale Order means a final, non-appealable order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Sale Motion that is not subject to a valid stay.

Final Sale Order has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.08.

Final Sale Order means a Sale Order that has not been reversed, stayed, modified or amended, and for which the time to appeal, seek certiorari or motion for reargument or rehearing has expired, and for which no appeal, petition for certiorari or motion for reargument or rehearing has been timely taken.
