Final Site Designation means, with respect to each Portfolio Site, the Site Designation of such Portfolio Site as determined in accordance with Section 3.3 or, if applicable, Section 4.4(b).

Examples of Final Site Designation in a sentence

  • For purposes of Section 3.4(c) of the Master Agreement, the Parties agree that the Minimum Lease Site and Assignable Site Closing Condition and Minimum Contributable Site and Assignable Site Closing Condition were satisfied as of the Initial Closing Date, and would have been satisfied on the Initial Closing Date, irrespective of the Final Site Designation and Final Total TCF for each Portfolio Site.

  • This Amendment and the Settlement Payment made herein only settle and resolve all disputed matters relating to the Final Site Designation and the Final Total TCF and the related matters described in this Amendment.

Related to Final Site Designation

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Share Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in ‎Section 3.2(b).

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Additional Series or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Series B Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of the Powers, Preferences and Relative, Participating, Optional and Other Special Rights of 8% Series B Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock and Qualifications, Limitations and Restrictions Thereof.

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Certificate of Determination means the Certificate of Determination or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Consent of the Partners means the Consent of Partners holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by such Partners, in their sole and absolute discretion.

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.
