Finance Related Parties definition

Finance Related Parties shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

Finance Related Parties means the Financing Sources, together with their respective Affiliates and their respective former, current and future officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.

Finance Related Parties is defined in Section 9.8 of the Agreement.

Examples of Finance Related Parties in a sentence

• This Section 8.13 is intended to benefit and may be enforced by the Financing Sources and the Finance Related Parties.

• The Financing Sources and Finance Related Parties shall be express third party beneficiaries of, and shall be entitled to rely on, Section 9.2, Section 9.5, Section 9.8 and this Section 9.7.

More Definitions of Finance Related Parties

Finance Related Parties shall have the meaning given that term in Section 7.11.

Finance Related Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 11.18.

Finance Related Parties means the respective Affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives of the Financing Sources, any lender participating in the Financing and permitted successors and assigns of the Financing Sources, but specifically excluding the Buyer and its Affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns.
