Financed Student Loan Files definition

Financed Student Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 3.03 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • The Master Servicer shall (or shall cause the applicable Subservicers to) promptly report to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee any failure on its part (or on the part of a Subservicer) to hold the Financed Student Loan Files and maintain its accounts, records and computer systems as herein provided and promptly take appropriate action to remedy any such failure.

  • Upon reasonable prior notice, the Master Servicer shall (or shall cause the applicable Subservicers to) make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their respective duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Financed Student Loan Files and the related accounts, records and computer systems maintained by the Master Servicer (or such Subservicer) at such times during normal business hours as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee shall instruct.

Financed Student Loan Files means the loan application and note evidencing a Financed Student Loan, and all other documents and computer records relating to such Financed Student Loan that are customarily kept on file by a servicer of student loans.

  • Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Loan File With respect to each Loan, a file containing (a) each of the documents and items as set forth on the Loan Checklist with respect to such Loan and (b) duly executed originals and copies of any other relevant records relating to such Loans and the Underlying Assets pertaining thereto.

  • Trust Student Loan means any student loan that is listed on the Schedule of Trust Student Loans on the Closing Date, plus any Additional Loan, plus any Substituted Loan that is permissibly substituted for a Trust Student Loan by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6(B) of the Sale Agreement or pursuant to Section 6(B) of an Additional Sale Agreement, or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement, but shall not include any Purchased Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of the Purchase Amount with respect thereto or any Liquidated Student Loan following receipt by or on behalf of the Trust of Liquidation Proceeds with respect thereto or following such Liquidated Student Loan having otherwise been written off by the Servicer.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Purchased Loan A motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by CAC or a subsidiary from such Dealer and evidenced by a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.
