Financed Transaction definition

Financed Transaction a transaction whereby Debtor has agreed to purchase Pre-Sold Goods from a Supplier for resale to the Buyer of such Pre-Sold Goods, concerning which Secured Party has been requested to providing financing hereunder to enable Debtor to acquire the subject Pre-Sold Goods.
Financed Transaction. A transaction whereby Secured Party, upon the Debtor’s request: (i) arranges for the issuance of a Letter of Credit; or (ii) makes a Purchase Money Advance.
Financed Transaction means a transaction whereby Secured Party has agreed to provide financing hereunder to enable Debtor to acquire, and/or request the manufacture of, the Financed Goods from or by a Supplier to fulfill the Eligible Purchase Order.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:

  • Void Transaction means any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
