Financial Platform definition

Financial Platform means the financial platform operated by Moscow Exchange.
Financial Platform means an information system facilitating Financial Transactions through online interaction between Financial Institutions or Issuers and Financial Services Consumers, access to which is provided by the Financial Platform Operator.
