Financing Amendment definition

Financing Amendment is defined in the Recitals.
Financing Amendment means, in respect of any Servicing Agreement that gives rise to an Amendment Advance, an amendment to such Servicing Agreement that allows such Amendment Advance to be financed under the credit facilities contemplated by the Debt Commitment (or an alternate credit facility as contemplated by Section 6.01(c)).
