Development Proposal definition

Development Proposal means any of the activities relating to the use and/or development of land requiring a permit or approval from Thurston County as described in this chapter.

Development Proposal has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.02(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Development Proposal

Development Proposal. (ontwikkelingsvoorstel) means a description, quantitative information and plans, sketches and photos that accurately portray a proposed development and that contains, in so far as is reasonable, all information that will allow the Council to evaluate the desirability of the development;

Development Proposal means an application for approval of a specific plan, subdivision, conditional use permit, site plan review, tentative tract map, parcel map or any other discretionary development permit or entitlement application which has been filed with and is pending consideration by the City.
