Financing Note definition

Financing Note is defined in Section 9.3.8.
Financing Note has the meaning ascribed to such term in subsection 2.3(d) hereof.

Financing Note has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.03 hereof. "Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio" means, as at any date, the ratio (for the then ending or most recently ended fiscal quarter of the Company) of (a) (i) EBITDA for such quarter, plus (ii) the Quarterly Paid-in Capital Contribution for such quarter, plus (iii) the decrease in the value added tax credit account of the Company during such quarter, minus (iv) the increase in the value added tax credit account of the Company during such quarter to (b) Adjusted Consolidated Fixed Charges for such quarter.

Related to Financing Note
