  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstances shall the Creditor Trustee be the beneficiary of, or be entitled to assert, any Debtor Privileges in connection with any claims against Sorapoj Techakraisri, the Finch Parties, or the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors or their respective Representatives.

Related to Finch Parties

  • Party and Parties means the Settling Defendants, the Plaintiffs, and, where necessary, the Settlement Class Members.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Plaintiffs, all Settlement Class Members, and Defendants.

For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Conference of the Parties means the Conference of the Parties to the Convention;
