Fine Arts definition

Fine Arts or “Work(s)” means those materials and items identified in Exhibit A, which materials include but are not limited to works of art, paintings, sketches, prints, and other items of financial significance to the Artist.

Fine Arts means paintings, etchings, pictures, tapestries, rare or art glass, art glass windows, valuable rugs, statuary, sculptures, “antique” furniture; ‘”antique” jewelry; bric-a-brac; porcelains, and similar property of rarity, historical value or artistic merit.

Fine Arts means sculpture, fountains, bas-reliefs, mosaics, frescoes, wall hangings, crafts, photography, pictures or other enhancements to be integrated into the total environment of the building or complex of buildings. “Fine arts” does not include the incidental ornamental detail of functional structural elements, or hardware and other accessories.
