As soon as possible, and in any event no later than one month before delivery is due, the Contractor shall provide a Safety Data Sheet in respect of each Dangerous Good in accordance with the REACH Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Health and Safety At Work Act 1974 (as amended) and in accordance with condition 24 (Supply of Hazardous Materials or Substances in Contractor Deliverables).
