FinWise Loan Program Agreement definition

FinWise Loan Program Agreement means the Loan Program Agreement, dated as of October 31, 2017, by and between the FinWise Originator and the Company, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

FinWise Loan Program Agreement means the Loan Program Agreement, dated as of October 31, 2017, by and between the FinWise Originator and the Company, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Related to FinWise Loan Program Agreement

  • Program Agreement means an agreement between the Contractor and DSHS containing special terms and conditions, including a statement of work to be performed by the Contractor and payment to be made by DSHS.

  • Project Loan Agreement means the Project Loan Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Borrower, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
