Parts and Accessories. The scope of products in this contract include P25 compliant base stations, repeaters, mobile radios, portable radios and vehicular repeaters ONLY.
Parts and Accessories. (A) All of each Seller’s Manufacturer parts and accessories in inventory at Closing that are new, unused, unopened, undamaged, not Obsolete, listed in the current parts list and that are eligible for return to the Manufacturer (“OEM Parts and Accessories”), (B) reasonable quantities of non-OEM Parts and Accessories in inventory at Closing that are new, unused or not previously installed, undamaged and not Obsolete (“Non-OEM Parts and Accessories”, and together with OEM Parts and Accessories, the “Parts and Accessories”), and (C) damaged, unused or obsolete parts or accessories (“Nonconforming Parts and Accessories”), in each case based upon a physical inventory of said Parts and Accessories conducted (as hereinafter described) by the Inventory Specialist;
Parts and Accessories. Service replacement parts and non-serialized accessories are warranted for 90 days from date of purchase. Parts and accessories must be installed by an authorized Ariens dealer to be covered. Labor is not included. Register the product immediately at the time of sale. If the dealer does not register the product, the customer must register the unit on-line at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must: • Ensure that the maintenance and adjustments explained in the Operator’s Manual are routinely completed. • Promptly notify Ariens Company or an authorized Ariens service representative of the need for warranty service. • Transport the product to and from the place of warranty service at owner’s expense. • Have the warranty service performed by an authorized Ariens service representative. Nothing contained in this warranty shall be construed as obligating the Ariens Company to incorporate such design changes into previously manufactured products, nor shall such changes be construed as an admission that previous designs were defective.
Parts and Accessories. The Retailer also agrees to stock sufficient Parts and Accessories to:
a) perform warranty repairs and policy adjustments,
b) meet the demands of its customers primarily within its Marketing Area, and
c) meet the "same day" availability standards approved by the FOT.

Parts and Accessories. All orders placed by Dealer are subject to acceptance by Company, which acceptance may be in whole or in part. Company is not obligated to accept any order from Dealer for any reason, including, but not limited to the default of Dealer on any obligation to Company.
