First Agreement definition

First Agreement means the agreement between the Commonwealth and the State set out in Schedule 1;

First Agreement means the Municipal Funding Agreement for the transfer of federal gas tax revenues under the New Deal for Communities entered into by AMO and the CITY OF KINGSTON, with an expiry date of March 31, 2015.
