Call and Put Period definition

Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after [specify period end date] or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 5 April 2023 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.

Related to Call and Put Period

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Par Call Date means January 15, 2032 (three months prior to the Stated Maturity of the Notes).

  • Call Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Warrant Agent Agreement.

  • Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).
