First Firm Order definition

First Firm Order has the meaning specified in Section 5.1(b);

Examples of First Firm Order in a sentence

  • If manufacturing has not started, Client may cancel any Batches from the First Firm Order if notice of cancellation is received by Patheon more than […***…] days but fewer than […***…] days before the scheduled Delivery Date under the First Firm Order, but Client will pay Patheon $[…***…] for each cancelled Batch.

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Non-Conforming Product means a Product that does not conform to the Supplier’s Warranties.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • the data importer means the processor who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data intended for processing on his behalf after the transfer in accordance with his instructions and the terms of the Clauses and who is not subject to a third country's system ensuring adequate protection within the meaning of Article 25(1) of Directive 95/46/EC;

  • PSR means the European Union (Payment Services) Regulations 2018 and any law that amends or replaces them. Some Terms and Conditions are written to make clear they apply only if PSR applies to the Account. For example, PSR applies to accounts where the customer uses the account for payment transactions and can place, transfer or withdraw funds without any restriction. We call such accounts PSR regulated;

  • RMA means Return Material Authorization.

  • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • SCI has the meaning set forth with respect thereto in the preamble. ---

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
