First Fuel Reporting Entity definition

First Fuel Reporting Entity means the first entity respon- sible for reporting in the WFRS for a given amount of fuel. This enti- ty initially holds the status as the fuel reporting entity and the credit or deficit generator for this fuel amount, but may transfer ei- ther status pursuant to WAC 173-424-200 or 173-424-210.
First Fuel Reporting Entity means the first entity responsible for reporting in the LRT-CBTS for a given amount of fuel. This entity initially holds the status as the fuel reporting entity and the credit or deficit generator for this fuel amount, but may transfer either status pursuant to sections 95483 or 95483.1.
First Fuel Reporting Entity means the entity that initiates a chain-of- custody within the LRT-CBTS for a given amount of fuel. This entity initially holds the obligation as a credit or deficit generator for this fuel, but may transfer these obligations under certain conditions pursuant to sections 95483 or 95483.1.

  • Reporting Entity means the Constituent Entity that, by virtue of domestic law in its jurisdiction of tax residence, files the CbC Report in its capacity to do so on behalf of the MNE Group;

  • Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.

  • Contracting entity means any person that has a primary business purpose of contracting with participating providers for the delivery of health care services.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • Financial Reporting Measures means measures that are determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing the Company’s financial statements, and all other measures that are derived wholly or in part from such measures. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures that are derived wholly or in part from stock price or total shareholder return) shall, for purposes of this Policy, be considered Financial Reporting Measures. For the avoidance of doubt, a Financial Reporting Measure need not be presented in the Company’s financial statements or included in a filing with the SEC.
