First Mezzanine Loan Documents definition

First Mezzanine Loan Documents means the First Mezzanine Loan Agreement, the First Mezzanine Notes, and all other documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the First Mezzanine Loan, as such documents may be amended, modified and restated in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means, as to each Mezzanine Loan, all documents evidencing, securing, guaranteeing and/or perfecting such Mezzanine Loan and all documents executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.
