First Minister definition

First Minister means the Member appointed under section 46(1) of the Act;
First Minister means the Member elected under section 53(1) of the Act;
First Minister means: in respect of the Commonwealth, the Prime Minister; in respect of a State, the Premier of that State; and in respect of a Territory, the Chief Minister of that Territory.
