First Securitization definition

First Securitization means the earliest to occur of the Note A-1 Securitization and the Note A-2 Securitization.
First Securitization means the Securitization with the earliest Securitization Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Note Holders hereby agree that, simultaneously with the closing of a Lead Securitization, the Master Servicer shall be deemed to have been automatically appointed as the successor Agent under this Agreement in place of WFB or the master servicer of the First Securitization, as applicable, without any further notice or other action.
