Fisheries Legislation definition

Fisheries Legislation means the Treaty of Waitangi (Fisheries Claims) Settlement Act 1992, the Fisheries Act 1983 and the Fisheries Act 1996, and any regulations made under the Fisheries Act 1983 and the Fisheries Act 1996;
Fisheries Legislation means the Fisheries Xxx 0000 (Vic) and any Regulations made under that Act. Flora has the same meaning as in the Flora and Fauna Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (Vic).
Fisheries Legislation means the Fisheries Act as amended by the Recipient’s New Fisheries Regulation 2010, adopted on November 24, 2010, (Liberia Gazette Vol. IX, No. 43).

Fisheries Legislation means Xxx X.98-32 Portant Code de la Pêche Maritime, the law of the Recipient dated April 14, 1998 establishing the maritime fisheries code.
