Fisheries Legislation definition

Fisheries Legislation means the Treaty of Waitangi (Fisheries Claims) Settlement Act 1992, the Fisheries Act 1983 and the Fisheries Act 1996, and any regulations made under the Fisheries Act 1983 and the Fisheries Act 1996;
Fisheries Legislation means the Fisheries Xxx 0000 (Vic) and any Regulations made under that Act. Flora has the same meaning as in the Flora and Fauna Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (Vic).
Fisheries Legislation means the Recipient’s Decree/Law No. 6 A/2000 dated August 22, 2000, entitled “Fisheries Resources and Fisheries Law in the Maritime Waters of Guinea-Bissau”.

Fisheries Legislation means the Fisheries Regulation (as hereinafter defined), as amended by the Recipient’s Law No. 3 adopted on May 12, 2011, (Sierra Leone Gazette Vol. CXLII, No. 15, April 7, 2011).
