Fissile material package means a fissile material packaging together with its fissile material contents.

Fissile material package. ’ means a packaging, together with its fissile material contents, which meets the requirements for fissile material packages described in Subpart E of 10 CFR 71. A fissile material package may be a Type AF package, a Type B(U)F package, a Type B(M)F package, or a Type B(DP) package.

  • Fissile material means the radionuclides uranium-233, uranium-235, plutonium-239, and plutonium-241, or any combination of these radionuclides. "Fissile material" means the fissile nuclides themselves, not material containing fissile nuclides. Unirradiated natural uranium and depleted uranium and natural uranium or depleted uranium, that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only, are not included in this definition. Certain exclusions from fissile material controls are provided in 10 CFR 71.15.

  • The Material/ Product means all the materials along with the accessories which the contractor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

An adverse event can therefore be any unfavourable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of a medicinal product, whether or not related to the medicinal product.
