Fit-out Period definition

Fit-out Period means the period stipulated in Item 10 of Schedule II commencing from the Commencement Date/s and expiring one day prior to the Lease Rent Commencement Date/s during which period the Lease Rent is not payable;
Fit-out Period or “Fitment Period” means the period for carrying out fit out activities in order to operationalise the Licensed Spaces.
Fit-out Period means the period from the Access Date up to the day immediately prior to the Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Fit-out Period

Fit-out Period or “Fitment Period” means the period starting from the date of handing over of the Licensed Premises for carrying out fit out activities in order to operationalize the Licensed Spaces.
Fit-out Period means the fit-out period stated in Item 12 of Schedule 1 hereto;
