HANDING OVER. The Concessionaire to the complete satisfaction of the Independent Engineer shall do all commissioning and testing. The Concessionaire shall also get the system approved from the local fire authorities and submit NOC received from the Fire Department /Authority.
HANDING OVER. 5.1 The bidder shall provide services for minimum One month beyond the date of expiry of the contract without any extra cost so that all the equipment under maintenance contract is handed over to the next contractor.
5.2 Any equipment not made available in working condition on the last working day of the contract period shall be rectified/ repaired by the bidder within the next ten working days failing which the bidder/vendor need to supply the new IT hardware against the faulty hardware or the purchase cost thereof shall be deducted from the last/ final CAMC payment.

The Employee agrees that all originals and all copies of any and all material containing, representing, evidencing, recording, or constituting all or part of the Intellectual Property, however and whenever produced by the Employee and whether or not protected under copyright law or patentable or protected under other intellectual property law, shall be immediately disclosed and handed over to the Company immediately upon its creations and any copies thereof returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason.
HANDING OVER. 15.1 The physical possession of the Unit will be handed over to the Allottee only upon receipt of the necessary statutory clearances and occupation certificate from the concerned authorities (this time is additional to physical completion time as per clause 15.3) and subject to payment of balance consideration amount along with all other dues, interest, charges, taxes etc.,
15.2 The NBCC, upon completion of the structure but prior to obtaining of the post construction approvals from statutory authorities, may at its sole discretion offer provisional physical possession of the Unit to the Allotteefor carrying out interiors etc., subject to the payment of any balance consideration amount along with all other dues, interest, charges, taxes etc., The Allottee can however, start functioning from the Unit purchased, only on getting the final possession i.e. with all the statutory post construction approvals from various authorities.
15.3 The physical completion period of the project is upto36 months from the issuance of allotment letter. The Allottee is further made aware that if, the completion of the projects delayed due to force majeure reasons which are unforeseen and beyond the reasonable control of a party (like due to war, flood, drought, fire, cyclone, earthquake or any other calamity caused by nature or any other act of god affecting the regular development of the real estate project)then the NBCC shall be entitled to a proportionate extension of time.
15.4 NBCC shall not be held liable for the delay on part of the concerned authorities in granting the necessary permissions and occupation certificate (not occasioned due to any breach or deficiency on the part of NBCC / RLDA).

9.1 MIS suppliers will handover, after trial run of the MI System, a complete and updated “AS Made design map “to the xxxxxx. The map should include a clear presentation of the head control unit, water carrier and distribution system including pipelines, location of valves, air release valves, junctions and other components etc.
9.2 Along with this, irrigation schedule, fertigation schedule, copy of techno economic report of all crops for which design is made and literature explaining maintenance schedule will be given by MIS supplier to the xxxxxx.
9.3 The cost of “As Made Map" is to be borne by MIS supplier.
HANDING OVER. On the Effective Date, all such information referred under Clause 9.3 (Disclosure) shall be provided to the Company by the Employee. The same shall be confirmed by the Employee in writing to the Company. The Employee also agrees that all originals and all copies of any and all material containing, representing, evidencing, recording, or constituting all or part of the Work Products, however and whenever produced (whether by Employee or others) and whether or not protected under copyright law or patentable or protected under other intellectual property law, shall be immediately handed over to the Company upon its creations and any copies thereof returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason.

If not differently agreed in written by the Parties all purchased goods, equipment and vehicles drawn from the Grant in the framework of the Project will be handed over to the final beneficiary institution(s) (e.g. the health centre, school, day care centre / institute municipality, consortium of producers, no profit associations and any other public service providers, etc.) at the end of the Project. HANDING OVER. 3 (Final) Upon successful completion of all works including the four years maintenance program the Contractor shall inform the Purchaser in writing by registered letter that all the works under the Contract have been completed. Within 15 (fifteen) days after such notice, the Purchaser shall issue a Certificate of Handing Over 3 (final to the Contractor which relieves the Contractor of all Contractual obligations. Certificate by Rights If any Certificate of Acceptance or Certificate of Handing Over have not been issued within 30 (thirty) days after the date of registered letter from Contractor to project officer, submitting records of the corresponding work or works, and if the project officer has not raised any objections, the Certificate of Acceptance or Certificate of Handling Over will be automatically considered as effective by rights.

11.1 PCS Structure suppliers will handover, after trial run of the PC Structure, a complete and updated “AS Made design map” to the xxxxxx. The map should include a clear presentation of the structure, head control unit, water carrier and distribution system including pipelines, location of valves, junctions and other components etc.
11.2 Along with this, irrigation schedule, fertigation schedule and literature explaining maintenance schedule will be given by PC Structure supplier to the xxxxxx.
11.3 The cost of “As Made Map" is to be borne by PC Structure supplier.
