Fixed Capital Investment definition

Fixed Capital Investment means investment in land, building, plant, machinery and balancing equipment.

Fixed Capital Investment means investment in plant and machinery for the purpose of this scheme.

• A corporation is required to recapture the Fixed Capital Investment tax credit when the fixed capital is not held and used in Connecticut by the corporation for five full years following its acquisition.
