Boundary Wall. The Parties agree that a duly completed and painted boundary wall made of brick, having a height of 2.5 m with iron grills of one (1) meter height on top of the brick wall, is required to be constructed on the boundary of the Site. First Party shall undertake at its own cost the construction of the boundary wall provided however, First Party shall always have the option to instruct Corporation to undertake the process of construction of the boundary wall and First Party shall in such circumstances, reimburse Corporation the actual cost incurred in the construction of the said boundary wall. The Parties hereby agree that if First Party does not complete the construction of the boundary wall or has not instructed Corporation to undertake the construction of the boundary wall within a period of six (6) months from the date of execution of this Agreement, Corporation shall undertake the construction of the boundary wall at the cost of First Party and First Party shall in such circumstances, reimburse Corporation the actual cost incurred in the construction of the said boundary wall, subject to the Corporation providing a detailed statement of costs incurred as well as supporting documentation in proof thereof.

  • Boundaries (i) There is no dispute involving or concerning the location of the lines and corners of the Property; (ii) to Seller’s knowledge there are no encroachments on the Property and no portion of the Property is located within any “Special Flood Hazard Area” designated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and/or Federal Emergency Management Agency, or in any area similarly designated by any agency or other governmental authority; and (iii) no portion of the Property is located within a watershed area imposing restrictions upon the use of the Property or any part thereof.

  • Elevation Elevation is defined as restoring an employee to the higher classification, with permanent status, which was held prior to being granted a demotion or to a class that is between the current class and the class from which the employee was demoted. Upon elevation, an employee’s salary will be determined in the same manner that is provided for promotion in Section 43.5, above.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port. 3.8.2 An unloaded 2-wire copper Loop must serve the End User. The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
