Examples of Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date in a sentence
If any scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date is not a Business Day, any payment of principal and interest on the Notes will be postponed to the next day that is a Business Day, but interest on that payment will not accrue during the period from and after the scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
If any scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date would fall on a day that is not a Business Day (as defined below), the Company will pay interest on the next succeeding Business Day, but interest on that payment will not accrue during the period from and after the scheduled Fixed Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
