Fixed Rate Trust Certificates definition

Fixed Rate Trust Certificates means those Trust Certificates where Fixed Rate Trust Certificate Provisions are specified in the Final Terms as being applicable;
Fixed Rate Trust Certificates means a Series in respect of which “Fixed Periodic Distribution Provisions” are specified as applicable in the applicable Pricing Supplement;
