Fixed Yield Issue definition

Fixed Yield Issue means an issue of obligations the Yield on which is fixed and determinable on the Issuance Date.
Fixed Yield Issue means any issue at any time that each bond included in it and still outstanding is a Fixed Yield Bond.
Fixed Yield Issue means the Bonds as of the first date that all the Bonds are Fixed Yield Bonds, or at the election of the Authority, on the first Computation Date following the date on which all the Bonds are Fixed Yield Bonds.

  • When the Bonds are a Fixed Yield Issue, the Bond Yield shall be the Yield that produces, as of the Conversion Date, a Present Value of all unconditionally payable payments of principal and interest paid after such date and fees for a Qualified Guarantee properly allocable to the period after such date equal to the Value of the Bonds outstanding on such date.

  • Fixed Retained Yield Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Portfolio Yield means, with respect to any Due Period, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of (i) the amount of Finance Charge Collections received during such Due Period, (ii) the amount of Series Yield Collections for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period and (iii) the amount of Series Additional Funds for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period, and the denominator of which shall be the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the first day of such Due Period.

  • Bond Yield means the yield of the last series of Bonds issued, for purposes of this calculation the yield of the Bonds shall be the yield calculated at the time such Bonds are issued, pursuant to Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended for the purpose of the Non- Arbitrage Certificate or other similar bond issuance document.
