Fixture unit definition

Fixture unit means a unit in terms of which the load producing effects of the plumbing system is measured. Fixture units shall be as listed in Table 4-1 of the Uniform Plumbing Code.
Fixture unit means a unit of measurement for computing waste flow volumes for each plumbing fixture as set forth in the Uniform Plumbing Code as then adopted by the City in Title 23 of this code.
