Uniform Plumbing Code definition

Uniform Plumbing Code means the code adopted under RCW 19.27.031(4) and amended under chapter 51-46 WAC. This code establishes statewide minimum plumbing standards applicable within the property lines of the consumer's premises.
Uniform Plumbing Code means the current edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and as adopted by the entity having jurisdiction over the CSWRD.
