Uniform Plumbing Code definition

Uniform Plumbing Code means the code adopted under RCW 19.27.031(4) and amended under chapter 51-46 WAC. This code establishes statewide minimum plumbing standards applicable within the property lines of the consumer's premises.
Uniform Plumbing Code or “UPC” means the 1997 uniform plumbing code, 14.11.3 NMAC and the 1997 state of New Mexico plumbing code and mechanical code, 14.9.2 NMAC, or the successor versions of each as adopted by the construction industries division of the New Mexico regulation and licensing department and promulgated in the New Mexico administrative code or another applicable code as adopted by the authority having jurisdiction; and
Uniform Plumbing Code means the current edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and as adopted by the entity having jurisdiction over the CSWRD.

  • In case of any discrepancy between any of the requirements set forth in the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District Urban Storm Drainage Criteria Manual, CDOT Specifications, AASHTO Specifications, International Building Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, National Electrical Code, Americans with Disabilities Act, and these Contract Documents, the more stringent requirement shall apply.

Uniform Plumbing Code means the Uniform Plumbing Code, published and as amended from time to time by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, together with any local amendments thereto adopted by the City of Bastrop, Texas.
