Flex Letter definition

Flex Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated as of August 10, 2015, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, Royal Bank of Canada and Fifth Third Bank.

Flex Letter means that certain flex letter, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Lead Arrangers (or their affiliates) and the Borrower.
