Floor Contribution Account definition

Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account maintained for each Participant covered under this Appendix A to record the Excess Floor Contributions (as defined under the ITT Industries Excess Savings Plan) credited on such Participant’s behalf due to his deferral of Base Salary under this Plan.
Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account (or subaccount(s)) maintained for each Member to record all amounts credited on his behalf under Section 3.01(c) and earnings on those amounts pursuant to Section 3.02.
Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account (or subaccount(s)) maintained for each Member to record the amounts credited on his behalf under Section 3.01(c) and earnings on those amounts pursuant to Section 3.02, and with respect to an individual who becomes a Member of the Plan on the Effective Date and who immediately prior to the Effective Date was a member in the Predecessor Plan, the amount credited on the Member’s behalf under Section 3.01(c) of the Predecessor Plan adjusted as provided in Section 3.02.

Examples of Floor Contribution Account in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided below, a Member shall be entitled to receive payment of his Deferral Account and his Floor Contribution Account and the vested portion of his Matching Contribution Account as determined under Section 3.03 upon his Termination of Employment with the Company and all Associated Companies for any reason, other than death.

Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account (or subaccount(s)) maintained for each individual who become a Member on the Effective Date and who immediately prior to the Effective Date was a member in the Predecessor Plan, to record the amount credited on the Member’s behalf under Section 3.01(c) of the Predecessor Plan adjusted as provided in Section 3.02.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.
