Floor Contribution Account definition

Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account maintained for each Participant covered under this Appendix A to record the Excess Floor Contributions (as defined under the ITT Industries Excess Savings Plan) credited on such Participant’s behalf due to his deferral of Base Salary under this Plan.
Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account (or subaccount(s)) maintained for each Member to record the amounts credited on his behalf under Section 3.01(c) and earnings on those amounts pursuant to Section 3.02.
Floor Contribution Account means the bookkeeping account (or subaccount(s)) maintained for each individual who become a Member on the Effective Date and who immediately prior to the Effective Date was a member in the Predecessor Plan, to record the amount credited on the Member’s behalf under Section 3.01(c) of the Predecessor Plan adjusted as provided in Section 3.02.

  • Unless so distributed, in the event of a Plan termination, the Corporation shall continue to maintain the Deferral Account, the Floor Contribution Account, the Matching Contribution Account, the Core Contribution Account and the Transition Credit Contribution Account until distributed pursuant to the terms of the Plan.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Change in Control, all Members shall automatically receive the balance of their Deferral Account, Floor Contribution Account, Core Contribution Account and Transition Credit Contribution Account and the vested portion of their Matching Contribution Account in a single lump sum payment.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).
