During the term of the contract the vendor assures that it is in compliance with Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, in that the vendor does not on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability or marital status, discrimination in any form or manner against the end/or employees or applicants for employment.
Further, the Network Service Provider agrees not to discriminate against any applicant, client, or employee in service delivery or benefits in connection with any of its programs and activities in accordance with 45 CFR Parts 80, 83, 84, 90, and 91, Title VlI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, or the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, as applicable, and CFOP 60-16.
