Florida Mortgage definition

Florida Mortgage means any consolidated, amended and restated mortgage by and from a Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns a Florida Property to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, in substantially the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto, along with any Uniform Commercial Code financing statements related thereto.
Florida Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 4.11(a).
Florida Mortgage means the Amended and Restated Mortgage, Security Agreement, Assignment of Rents and Fixture Filing, executed and delivered to the Senior Administrative Agent by the Florida Resort Owner securing the Senior Loans, as such document may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
