FLU SEASON definition

FLU SEASON means, in respect of the northern hemisphere, the period of time during a calendar year anticipated to start approximately in the beginning of August and ending approximately in January in which it is anticipated that the Vaccine will be used to vaccinate patients.
FLU SEASON means, as to each Region, nation or territory within the Territory, the influenza vaccine selling season, which shall be deemed to begin upon the date of the first commercial sale of trivalent Finished Product comprising the set of influenza strains designated by the governmental agency having statutory or regulatory authority or responsibility for designating influenza strains against which influenza vaccines should be targeted, and to end -------- [***]=CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED.
