FOIA Authority definition

FOIA Authority means a public authority as defined by the FOIA and/or EIR; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA; GLA's Representative means such person or persons as the GLA may nominate to act as its representative from time to time for the purposes of this Agreement;

Examples of FOIA Authority in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 6.4 below, all Parties acknowledge that the Relevant FOIA Authority may disclose Information:- without consulting the other; or following consultation with the other party and having taken (or not taken, as the case may be) its views into account.
