FOIA Authority definition

FOIA Authority means a public authority as defined by the FOIA and/or EIR; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and any subordinate legislation made under such Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA;
FOIA Authority means a public authority as defined by the FOIA and/or EIR; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA; General Default has the meaning given to it in Condition 19.1; General Termination Event means an event pursuant to which this Agreement may be terminated pursuant to Condition 19.5; GLA's Representative means such person or persons as the GLA may nominate to act as its representative from time to time for the purposes of this Agreement;

Examples of FOIA Authority in a sentence

  • The originating agency’s FOIA Authority shall be provided with a copy of the request and the stated records.

  • Nothing in this Agreement will prevent the Relevant FOIA Authority from complying with any valid order, decision, enforcement or practice recommendation notice issued to it by the Information Commissioner under FOIA and/or EIR in relation to any Exempted Information.

  • Subject to clause 6.4 below, all Parties acknowledge that the Relevant FOIA Authority may disclose Information:- without consulting the other; or following consultation with the other party and having taken (or not taken, as the case may be) its views into account.

  • In the event that the Relevant FOIA Authority receives a RFI, the Relevant FOIA Authority will, where appropriate, as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other Parties.

  • Without in any way limiting 6.2 and 6.3, in the event that the Relevant FOIA Authority receives a RFI, the Relevant FOIA Authority will, where appropriate, as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other Party.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Clause 13, each Party acknowledges that the Relevant FOIA Authority may disclose Information following consultation with the other Parties and having taken (or not taken, as the case may be) its views into account.

  • Without in any way limiting clauses 15.2.2 and 15.2.3, in the event that the Relevant FOIA Authority receives a RFI, the Relevant FOIA Authority will, where appropriate, as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other party.

  • Review and act on Treasurer’s Report - Approved with no objection.

  • The Relevant FOIA Authority may in its absolute discretion consult with the other party regarding any redactions to the Information to be published pursuant to this clause 15.

  • Without in any way limiting clauses 10.2.2 and 10.2.3, in the event that the Relevant FOIA Authority receives a RFI, the Relevant FOIA Authority will, where appropriate, as soon as reasonably practicable notify the other parties.
