Contractor will immediately notify the School Food Authority of the receipt of any communication indicating that any of Contractor’s facilities are under consideration to be listed on the EPA List of Violating Facilities.
All contracts over $10,000 awarded by the School Food Authority, must include a provision to the effect that the School Food Authority, the State Agency, USDA, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives, shall have access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to that specific contract, for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.

Contractor will immediately notify the School Food Authority if Contractor is debarred or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors by a federal entity.
Vendors must agree that each School Food Authority, the State Agency, the United States Department of Agriculture, or the Comptroller General may review any books, documents, papers, and records of the vendor which are directly pertinent to all negotiated contracts.
